Methodology
From a bounded factory task to released workbook bytes
Our publication route keeps the workflow definition, XLSX, four previews, public guide, download, and resource-specific credits aligned.
- 01
Define the operating unit
We state the task, user, inputs, calculations or controls, outputs, units, and functional boundary. A different keyword is not enough to create a different workbook.
- 02
Build transparent workbook logic
Inputs are distinguishable from formulas. Dashboard is first and active; Instructions is last. Prepared rows guard incomplete data, and formulas use English function names, comma separators, and error handling where required.
- 03
Check the final XLSX
The release process checks workbook structure, formula behavior, visible errors, data validation, sheet activity, and recalculation. Sample data must be labeled as examples, never as actual factory performance.
- 04
Regenerate four authentic previews
Previews come from the final repaired workbook bytes. A workbook page fails closed unless all four unique, locally stored previews are present and tied to that resource.
- 05
Bind the release record
Both download calls to action use the same verified local XLSX URL. The page also identifies the editorial profiles associated with workbook preparation and the site QA framework.
Compatibility language
We distinguish a target format from a tested environment
Files target Microsoft Excel’s XLSX format. LibreOffice may be called verified only when a recalculation attestation matches the public file bytes. We do not claim verified Google Sheets compatibility without a dedicated test.
