Scope
Factory Sheets provides informational guides and downloadable XLSX workbooks for bounded manufacturing workflows. By using the site, you agree to use the materials lawfully and to evaluate them for your own situation.
Permitted use
You may download, copy, and adapt a workbook for personal or internal organizational use. Keep an unchanged source copy before modifying formulas, validation, labels, units, or sheet structure.
Prohibited use
Do not use the site to distribute malware, probe access controls, overload services, misrepresent the source or capabilities of a workbook, or present a workbook as an official form, certified system, or proof of compliance. Do not resell or republish a substantially unchanged collection as your own service.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for source data, access controls, backups, unit choices, formula review, internal approvals, and decisions made from workbook output. Current contracts, manufacturer instructions, and authority requirements control when they apply.
Availability and changes
Resources may be corrected, replaced, or withdrawn. The site may be interrupted. A direct download is offered only while its current bytes pass the public verification gate.
No professional relationship
Use of the site does not create an engineering, legal, accounting, tax, safety, consulting, employment, or other professional-client relationship.
